bodyART® - an extraordinary training concept for full body workout and deepening awareness.



bodyART®, based on the principles of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements of Chinese Philosophy, is a functional, total body workout that combines strength, flexibility, cardio and breathing.


Classes consist of exercises unique to bodyART® as well as movements inspired by martial arts, yoga, physical therapy and classical conditioning. The outcome is a transformative and grounding experience for participants of all ages and fitness levels.


Awarded as ‘Best International Concept’ by ECA OBOW awards in New York City, bodyART® is being hailed as the most progressive and effective fitness modality in the world.

In my therapy practice (-> and I came across many clients who were lacking an effective fitness program. For some of them Yoga and Pilates were either too difficult (especially the stretching and balancing poses) or they considered it too specific/repetitive and were looking for more rhythm, music, the flow and a sense of fun.

I  came across bodyART® in 2015, fell in love with it and had the privilege of learning bodyART® through it's foundar: Swiss physical therapist Robert Steinbacher. Today I'm happy to see the my clients progress by improving their strength and flexibility from week to week.

It's a functional training system that balances strength, flexibility and mental concentration.
